Locust Grove Rd. Dear City Council members, I am a resident with my wife and children located at 1556 E Commander St in Meridian, which is one of the proposed corridor access streets just to the North of the new Allmon Subdivision project proposed from Todd Campbell Construction. I want to voice my support of this proposal, although must report some disappointment that this will surely bring more traffic through our street subdivision with all of its potential safety concerns. I support the growth and development of our area, and the wonderful neighbors and high-quality individuals and businesses that Meridian is attempting to bring to these developments. Infrastructure development should be a first priority for growth planning. I know this may not have been well thought out in the past in regards to the loads on main access roads such as Locust Grove, and has unfortunately complicated growth with many voices of concerns that are founded In valid concerns. However, due to the overall good that I see this project bringing above many other options that could be much worse, I do support the construction plans as outlined especially with the proposed recommendations already voted on to decrease the number of homes in the cul- de-sacs found in the proposal. Thank you for your dedication to the appropriate development and future success of this wonderful and family-oriented city! -Rodney and MJ Bates family 1
