I am a resident of Reserve Neighborhood. There has been a long email thread going between all the residents
in Reserve. There is a letter being sent from a few people in the neighborhood that are opposed to the current
plans by Todd Campbell Construction. I believe that there are actually a majority of people in our
neighborhood who agree with the current plans as the best possible option. I recognize that an infill project
will never be perfect. There was always going to be more traffic (the main concern by people). This plan by
Todd Campbell Construction is nearly R5 and has tried very hard to be accommodating to the existing homes. I
appreciate their effort and would rather they build this project than have someone else build R4 in the same
space. I believe (after following our neighborhood HOA email thread) that I am in the majority opinion for our
neighborhood and have encouraged others to email/write as well.
