The Reserve is a small subdivision of one street with 26 homes and currently way too much traffic. The areas behind the Reserve use our street as their main route out to Locust Grove and Chinden usually at speeds between 35 and 45 mph. We have many young children living in The Reserve as well as family pets, more traffic could end up causing a catastrophe. With the proposed building of 50 homes on the 10 acre lot known as the Allmon Subdivision the traffic in the Reserve could possibly carry up to 100 more cars coming and going on a daily basis. I am not against the building of homes on the Allmon property, just the amount of homes. If this property was to be zoned R4 with the types of homes in the Reserve it would cut the amount of cars by half. If this subdivision is approved and zoned as R8 the only way I can see controlling the amount of traffic is by closing off the end of Commander at Jericho or allowing the residents of The Reserve to put up gates on both ends of Commander with access for the residents of The Reserve and the Allmon Subdivision only. Thank you, Traci Servatius 1
