We did not change the lot count or configuration. We feel that the concessions that we are making more than justify the transition from larger lot size to what we are proposing. The landscape buffer on our North and South borders Far exceeding the minimum open space requirements Exceeding the required amenities Agreeing to the limit of single story homes We bent over backwards knowing this was an infill project. We do not believe that it was appropriate to ask us to reduce lots as well. 5 units to the acre in and R-8 zone is not being aggressive at all. We do not know if this project will be financially viable if we reduce the number of lots. We certainly would not agree to the extra concessions we made if that is going to be required. We are ready to present that plat as designed to City Council.
