At the Planning Committee Meeting of 3/19/2020: referencing Apartments at Lost Rapids:
My name is Lois Sackmann testifying at the Planning Committee Meeting of 3/19/2020. Information that I gave on Keith
Bird Park. Correction this park has one eating area with two tables. I gave information that there were two separate
eating areas. There is a basketball hoop shooting area, there is no court in connection to the shooting area.
I still maintain my opinion or objection to this condensed area of apartments, people, location, access, traffic and road
safety. I do not think this is a well-planned or thought out Brighton development and believe there should be changes of
density, access, safter etc. for this proposal.
