Our development team has reviewed the project staff report and we’d like to thank staff for their analysis and support
of the project and the recommendation of approval. We agree with staff’s analysis and recommended conditions of
approval. We look forward to presenting the project to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday and to
providing a high-quality project to serve the City of Meridian’s senior community.
