NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-
ing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,April 7,
2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the follow-
ing applications:
Becky Yzaguirre, The Land Group for a Request to Va-
cate the portion of note #17 on the Southridge Subdivision
No. 1 plat that prohibits direct lot or parcel access to S.
Spanish Fork Way for Blue Valley Elementary School (H-
2020-0023),located at 1830 W.American Fork Dr.
Idaho Central Credit Union for a Modification to the Ex-
isting Development Agreement for TM Creek Subdivision
(Inst. 201 7-1 1 3747) to update the conceptual development
plan for the site to allow for the development of a financial in-
stitution with a drive-through for Idaho Central Credit Union
(H-2020-0016),located at 3152 W. Peak Cloud Ln.
Ryan Recla for a Development Agreement Modification
to remove the subject 4.35-acre property from the boundary
of the existing agreement (Bannock Ridge - Inst. #2017-

0.45 of an acre of land that lies between the properties locat-
ed at 715 and 955 S. Wells St. &971 E.Wells Circle for An-
dorra Senior Living (H-2019-0127) located at 715 &955 S.
Wells St. and 971 E.Wells Circle.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Pub-
