Thanks for discussing this project with me by phone. Just to confirm our conversation:
ACHD will not allow Della Street to punch through and stub to the east given the configuration of Centrepointe
Way.
ACHD will not agree to remove the temporary limitation on the emergency access point.
ACHD will not allow the applicant to “fill in” the Dashwood Ave stub connection with landscaping around a
paved emergency access.
