Thank you!
Joe, might there be any chance that you could come discuss it with us at next week's meeting?

Chief Bongiorno;
Since this matter is still open and pending all discussion needs to be on the record. So I have
included the Clerk's office so that it can be included in the public record. I have also included
the Mayor and the rest of the Council so that they all have the same information.

Subject: Graycliff
Deputy Chief Butterfield said I needed to contact you about Graycliff? I understand the project was
tabled. What kind of questions may I answer for you?
Brief synopsis: We can't meet our response time goals and the project has one way in and out. They
need Oak Briar to extend out to Lake hazel, or provide a second access to Meridian Road other than
Harris. Add the multifamily phase in the future and the it is a larger access problem. The response time
is 4 minutes for station 6 on a good day going through Kentucky Ridge, but that is just to the intersection
of Harris and Kentucky Way. It will take longer to get to anything inside the sub.
Also — Lt. Colaianni and I both recommended Harris have a light prior to anything being approved out
here. We have people making left turns out of Harris onto Meridian Road —this is dangerous at 55 mph.
Let me know what questions you have and I will get you answers. I won't be back in the office until
Monday and I would like to answer your questions prior to that.
