Two details—just for the record:  In switching to a 2-Story building, the square footage (as listed in the DR/CZC application) actually DID increase slightly. This is mostly due to the additional of two stairwells and an elevator.  I also agreed per a Memorandum of Understanding that I will replace 242 feet of a dilapidated white vinyl fence between my lot and the residents to the North. This is a private agreement and not necessarily public info, but I wanted to share as an indication that we are doing everything we can to make this a win-win for both sides. (MOU attached. St. Lukes Street in Meridian, Idaho(Property). Developer Obligations: In an effort to work together in the design and construction of a new Everest Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgical Center, the Developer hereby agrees to: 1. Remove and rebuild the existing vinyl fence along the North property line of the Property—with a similar style of fence to that which has been there for the past 18 years—and install a gate in the middle of the new fence(for landscaper access). 2. Continue to maintain—and now on a more regular basis—both sides of the berm as part of the regular lawn maintenance. 3. Build no part of the Everest Surgical Institute building within 100 feet of the Northern property line of the Property(excluding landscaping, parking lot asphalt & curb, lighting and an enclosed trash enclosure—as shown on the Design Review Documents). Northerly Neighbor Obligations: In return,the Northerly Neighbors agree to: 1. Support the Vacation of Plat Note#7 of the Mystery View Subdivision Plat Map. 2. Provide timely input, as needed, as to the most desirable fence and landscape materials to be used in the renovation of the berm.
