To Whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter in Support of the upcoming development called Graycliff Estates in S. Meridian. I
have recently purchased a home in this area. While I was shopping for my home, I found it difficult to
find any new projects that were in the price range we were looking for. After speaking with the team at
L2 Construction, we are very excited to welcome this neighborhood to this area. We will be considering
a move as soon as they become available. We love how unique their homes are, and feel they create a
much -needed break from the normal CBH and Coleman stuff in this price range.
As a Realtor, I deal with many clients who run into the same problem that I did while shopping. They
don't want a "BIG BOX" Builder, but the new construction prices are out of their range in S. Meridian.
