Mr. Mayor and Members of City Council,
I am writing this letter in support of L2 Construction's upcoming project called Graycliff Estates
in SW Meridian.
I currently live in an L2 home and wanted to provide you directly with a bit of feedback about
their build quality and process.
Working with the L2 team was the best experience we have had in home building. I have worked
with several other builders in the local area over the past 13 years and L2 by far surpassed any
other experience I have had. From the first day that I walked through their model home they
treated me like family and made sure I was treated very fair as well as producing an absolutely
stunning finalized product. The quality and craftsmanship that is put into each home is some of
the best I have seen in the valley. In the future we look forward to working with L2 again.
As this community grows, we are glad that builders like L2 are here to set the standard for the
type of home and team citizens have come to expect.
