The City of Meridian requires one tree per terminal planter island at the end of each parking
row. Two of the terminal planter islands in the parking lot have stormwater facilities which
restrict locating trees in the islands due to the 10’ offset for all trees from facilities. Due to the
locations of the stormwater facilities at the two terminal planters, the two trees are proposed at
the north perimeter of the property.
