Commercial St., Meridian. To Whom It May Concern: The attached Certificate of Zoning Compliance documents are for the proposed Commercial Tire Site Improvement, at 2017 East Commercial Street, Meridian. The existing parcel is 66,516 sf (1.527 acres), the proposed site area improvements will include paving, parking, sidewalks, and landscaping. No building is being proposed at the time being. Site Access - Vehicular ingress and egress of the site development will be via an access point along the north side of the property, at East Commercial Street. There will also be a vehicular access point to the east of the property connecting to the existing Commercial Tire access drive. Pedestrian Walks - There will be a sidewalk at the right-of-way along East Commercial Street. Building Orientation and Layout- There is no building being proposed at the time being. Parking - The lot will contain thirty parking spaces, broken up with landscape planters. No bicycle parking proposed at this time. Landscaping – Two existing trees on the eastern part of the property are to be removed to allow for vehicular access connectivity between the two sites. The landscape plan has mitigation calculations for the trees being removed. The proposed site will be landscaped with a mix of shrubs, perennials and grasses, trees, permabark, and turf sod. No trash enclosure proposed at this time, shared use of existing Commercial Tire trash enclosure. Mechanical Equipment – No mechanical equipment proposed at this time.
