B) REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLES SHALL BE TESTED FOR ACIDITY, FERTILITY, TOXICITY, AND GENERAL TEXTURE BY A RECOGNIZED COMMERCIAL OR GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND COPIES OF THE TESTING AGENCY'S FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE BY THE CONTRACTOR.
