James,
Thanks for getting back to me. The parking area has no awnings or structures over the parking stalls. As
per a turn around spot where stalls are located, we are thinking that this parking lot will not be used
very much except for holidays and customer drop offs. The majority of the parking stalls should empty
most of the time. Thank you.

Good Morning Rodney,
The enclosure looks great. My only concern is the driver backing up over 200 ft. Does the parking area
have awnings over them? At a few locations where we have long backing areas the customer has a few
parking spots blocked off to allow the truck to turn around safely to pull forward instead of backing that
far. Other than the backing distance everything looks great.

James,
We had a couple of City and ACHD issues come up on the Fed Ex site and then I discovered that Fedex
only needs a typical 18 x 12 trash enclosure for their facility. Not a roll off container pad like we had put
in front of you for approval recently. Please see the site plan (for reference only), revised trash
enclosure layout and then the details of the trash enclosure. Please let me know of any concerns.
Thank you !

Good Afternoon,
Everything looks good according to the plan. We generally need 60 ft for open or screen top boxes and
ask for 70 ft for compactors. If the 20 or 40 yd are open tops then the 60 ft will work. We don’t generally
stamp approval on plans but give the approval via email such as I am doing here. If you need anything
else please let me know and I would be happy to help where I can.
Thanks
Jay

Richard,
Please find the attached site plan with some add’t notes for the trash location area. This is a large Fed
Ex van facility and I believe they would use 20yd or 40 yd roll off containers. No enclosure, only
landscape screening. See attached site plan. I am submitting CZC and looking for the approved site plan
from you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
Thank you.
