I just submitted Tanner Creek on Friday...my narrative is written like a new submittal and I
did not point out the differences from the 2018 submittal that staff, ACHD, and PZ approved.
Here are the changes for the record:
1. Added another zone (R-8)to the previous R-15 and R-40 zones.
2. Revised the R-15 central park area by moving the adjacent lots from the west side to the
north side to open it up east-west
3. Added one building lot to the R-15 area adjacent to the park
4. Added a basketball court to the R-15 park area
5. Larger playground in the R-15 park area
6. Moved the R-15 park area amenities to the east side to open up the west side for large open
play area
7. Revised the street connection from the R-15 to R-40 areas by moving it north to line up
with the new park orientation and the R-40 east/west drive aisle for better pedestrian,
vehicular, and visual connectivity
8. Widened the street connection lot from the R-15 to R-40 areas from 50' to 105' wide and
added 12 apartment parking spots and landscape buffers/sidewalks on both sides of the drive
aisle.
9. Revised Waltman Lane sidewalk from 5'to 10' wide along full frontage
10. Added 5' sidewalk to the offsite Corporate Road extension
11. Added 5' sidewalk to the offsite Waltman Lane (north side) 1000'to Meridian Road
12. Revised apartment building/clubhouse architecture
13. Added 5' sidewalks between apartment buildings north-south in the center blocks and
connected breezeway sidewalks
