To All, I want to thank each one of you for the extra effort you put into getting our project approved. I know that I was a
pain to you most of the time. Please accept my apologizes for not knowing the system any better than I did. But please
also understand that your ability to take me by the hand and lead me through all of it is a credit to your organization. I
was never treated rudely, no matter how bad the situation got. I just want you to know that you did a great job and I
learned to respect your organization. I am confident that your work load is sometimes overwhelming and do appreciate
the time you took with me to get everything right. Thank you again!! You are all appreciated greatly.
