We are pleased to submit the enclosed final plat application for Phase 4 of the Southridge Subdivision .
The project is located south of W . Overland Rd . and west of S . Linder Rd . within the City of Meridian . The
project is bounded to the southwest by Southridge Subdivision Phase 3 and the Ridenbaugh Canal .
Southridge Phase 4 has 13 residential lots and 4 common lots , for a total of 19 subdivision lots .
Southridge phase 4 is a part of the Southridge Subdivision Preliminary Plat ( PP44 - 017 ) that was
approved on July 21 , 2015 . The City of Meridian approved phases 2 , 31 4, 5 , 6 , and included a total of
48 . 56 acres with a total of 167 buildable lots and 32 common lots . The proposed development is in
conformance with all required provisions of the UDC and is acceptable with the engineering,
architectural and survey practices and local standards . This application and final plat reflect the required
changes set forth by the conditionally approved Southridge Subdivision preliminary plat .

As required by the City' s final plat application requirements , please accept this statement certifying that
all street finish centerline elevations are set a minimum of three ( 3 ) feet above the highest established
normal groundwater elevation .
According to the initial test pit investigations and recent construction activities , the groundwater within
this project was not encountered within a depth of three ( 3 ) feet of the existing ground .
Based on the above information , I certify that groundwater would be greater than three ( 3 ) feet below
the designed finished street centerline elevations throughout the project .
