Hello,
I am writing in regards to the proposed Andorra Senior living center at 719,955 S. Wells, 971 E Wells Circle, Meridian. I
have major concerns with the amount of traffic that will be added to an already busy section of town. Adding
approximately 164 more vehicles to this area is very troubling. I reside in the Woodbridge subdivision, which has
become a thoroughfare for vehicles cutting through from Locust Grove rd. to Eagle Rd. I fear that adding this additional
traffic will just contribute more to this problem. The traffic light that sits on St. Lukes and Eagle Rd. is not set up for this
amount of traffic, as this light continuously clogs up traffic trying to get through it. It is not set up on sensors, and I have
sat most mornings at this light for close to 5 minutes waiting for it to change. I can see most people becoming frustrated,
and using our neighborhood to avoid this light. I would like to see Bentley dr. opened up to connect to Locust grove Rd.
to alleviate this. Please take my concerns into account with this project. It is a lot of extra traffic with nowhere for it to
go but through our neighborhood. Thank you.
