Thank you for all your work in getting this prepared for approval. As I have read over these documents, I have 3
questions.
1. In the Staff Report Analysis, Section VI it states that a “Certificate of Zoning Compliance” (CZC) must be
submitted before the building permit will be issued. Who submits that and when? You (Handy Truck Line)
submit the CZC application.
2. In the preface to this email, it states that any response to the Staff Report should be submitted in writing to
the City Clerk’s office. My question is, should I have a response? It appears that all is in order and we are
waiting for the formal approval from the committee on March 5th. Am I correct in my thinking or is there
something else I need to submit? If you’re in agreement with the conditions in the staff report just reply to
email as such please.

3. The final payment for the permit, how much is it exactly? I think I remember Bill saying it would be $137 or
$139. Could you please let me know, so I can provide the proper amount? The CZC fee is $173.
