Dear Planning and Zoning Commission:
As the Executive Director of Valley Regional Transit, a local business in downtown Meridian, I
want to express my support for the Conditional Use Permit regarding File Number: CUP H-
2019-0142 - Meridian Station Project.
Valley Regional Transit is very excited about the project overall, and sees this development
as an asset for downtown today and in the future. In many cities, having enough parking
downtown is an issue. The height exception requested in the permit to build a parking facility
will help provide adequate parking and includes some spaces available to both the public
and visitors of Civic Block Project.
