Subject: RE: All man Subdivision
Good Morning Joe,
Thank you for providing comments on the Allmon application. I am sorry that you are having to deal with the additional
construction traffic from the CBH development to the west of you. I experienced the same situation a few years ago
when my wife and I moved into our new home. Hopefully, this situation will improve in the near future. The Planning
and Zoning Commission did recommend that the developer decrease the number of lots from 50 to 45. In reviewing the
ACHD draft staff report, there is no mention of the number of vehicle trips on Commander Street. I would contact Paige
Bankhead at ACHD (387-6293)for this information. There are many ways to express your concerns to City Council, you
will have to determine the best one for you. Public testimony comes to us in many forms (e.g. email, petitions and
verbally);they are effective and all taken under consideration by the City Council. I have included the Clerk's office on
this email so it can be included as part of the public record. You are also welcome to testify at the public meeting on
March 24tn
Sincerely,
Bill Parsons,AICP I Planning Supervisor

Subject:All man Subdivision
My name is Joe Saccoman and I live in Reserve Subdivision at 1505 E Commander St. bordering the new
proposed subdivision
I am very concerned with the proposed subdivision and its impact on Commander St., Commander already has
a high volume of traffic which has increased significantly from the CBH development to the West.
1
Mr. Campbell"s proposal of 50 homes is going to add to our congestion especially since they will open Starry
Night St instead of providing access to Locust Grove directly. Which I think that subdivision should have its
own access as the property already has two driveways that access Loscust Grove
I would also like that subdivision to stay consistent with the Neighborhood zoning of R4 not R8. This would
also lower the traffic and amount of homes put in this subdivision
What is the best way for Reserve to voice their concerns to the City Council by petition, individual letters,
attendance at the March24th meeting
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely
Joe and Lea Saccoman
