Commissioner Larsen was appointed Vice -chair
2. Ada County Landfill Cost of Service Study
Conversation centered on update of COSS and that public hearing on rates is on 1/22/20
3. MYAC recycle signage
Conversation centered on adding SWAC logo to flyer.
B. New Business:
1. New construction recycling opportunity presentation
Conversation centered on timing of opportunity and nature of the new program. No
action was taken.
2. SWAC subcommittee update
Subcommittee Chair Nelson updated Commission on the progress of the sub -committee.
