NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridi-
an will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall,33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday, March 19, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applications of:
Boll Cook Investments, LLC for a Comprehensive Plan
Map Amendment to include 4.10 acres of land currently in
Boise's Area of City Impact in Meridian's Area of City Impact
with a Mixed Use- Regional future land use designation;An-
nexation & Zoning of 15.22 acres of land with R-8 (2.76
acres), R-15 (8.82 acres) and R-40 (3.64 acres) zoning dis-
tricts; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 66 single-family
residential building lots, 1 building lot for a multi-family devel-
opment, 8 common area lots and 2 other(common driveway)
lots for Delano Subdivision (H-2019-0027), located at
14120 W.Jasmine Ln.and 2800 E.Jasmine Ln.
BVA Development, LLC for a Preliminary Plat consisting
of 12 building lots on 16.74 acres of land in the C-G zoning
district for Victory Commons (H-2019-0150), located at 130
E.Victory Rd.and 3030 S. Meridian Rd.
BVA Development for a Conditional Use Permit for a
daycare center(more than 12 children)on 0.883 of an acre of
land in the C-G zoning district for TM Crossing - Ten Mile
Academy Daycare (H-2020-0007), located at 1001 S. Sen-
tinel Ln.
Investcor Development for a Conditional Use Permit for
a multi-family project consisting of 162 units, limited to 55
years of age and up on approximately 6.5 acres in an exist-
ing C-G zoning district for McMillan Independent Senior
Living(H-2020-0004), located approximately in the northeast
corner of N.Ten Mile Rd.and W. McMillan Rd.
Penelope Constantikes, Riley Planning Services for An-
nexation of 7.09 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district;
and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 27 building lots and 9
common lots on 7 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for
Lupine Cove (H-2019-0133), located at 4000 N. McDermott
Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons wishing to testify are
welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on this notifica-
tion. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.
Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing date
either by mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by email to -
cityclerk@meridiancity.org,by voicemail at 208-288-5607, or
by texting the word "Comment" to 31996. All testimony and
materials received or presented become property of the City
of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Act. Applications are subject to change
throughout the public hearing process and it is incumbent on
interested persons to monitor such changes by following the
process in person, online,or by contacting City staff.
