Isn't the Thursday prior to the meeting today? I had (past tense) 90 minutes to review and comment?
I can see a few things that merit response. For example, it appears the Fire Dep't approval of our parking plan was left
out of the discussion on Page 8. Page 9's discussion of qualified open space doesn't seem to be updated reflect the
pathway and reads like there are still issues there. I'll need to review the record, but 5.a on Page 11 doesn't match my
recollection.
I'll do a full response as quickly as I'm able. Obviously it won't be in by the deadline indicated below.
Everyone, I appreciate what you do. But this is not a good way of handling this. It's hard enough not to have the P&Z
recommendation until now, rather than immediately after the P&Z hearing (as is typical of most jurisdictions). This
doesn't give me any opportunity to review either the recommendation or the report before the purported deadline for
written responses. And little opportunity to try to resolve any differences before the hearing.
