I have attached an updated Development Review Application per your comments and an updated first page of
the final plat. We made all of the corrections that you requested except for item d under final plat. A portion of lot 7,
does cross in front of lot 2, therefore we have to include it to provide access to the street for lot 2 along all of its
frontage. Please let me know if you will require anything else. Thank you

Good morning Mr. Bailey,
I have accepted your application so that we can get your hearing date on February 25th.
There are some corrections to the application and the plat that I would like corrected before I write my staff report.
Please see my attached document with my listed corrections—I would love to get these small corrections back by the
end of the week if at all possible.
If you have any clarifying questions, feel free to ask. Some of these may seem cursory but we are running into a lot of
problems with conditions of approval not being met; therefore, I want to get these small items corrected now rather
than hoping they are taken care of later.

Laren,
It has not been passed to our department from planning yet. Until a hearing is
scheduled – we do not begin reviewing plans/putting plans in our queue (part of the
reason for this is because until plans are approved by council – this project is not able to
move past review into construction and other departments, namely public works
engineering, has to get a chance to look at the project prior to us reviewing as well).
