I am the original owner of the home listed above
built in 2007. 1 have been through several zoning
changes, all in favor of increasing density
in spite of neighbors rejecting the changes.
We have not kept up with infrastructure and the city
has failed to charge developers significant impact
fees resulting in overcrowded schools, roads and
wastewater systems.
"Temporary" bonds are put before us at a blinding
pace raising our taxes.
Meridian needs to deal with its existing
infrastructure and taxation before approving
anymore developments.
