Subject: Allmon Subdivision entrance concern
To Whom it May Concern,
I am a homeowner residing at 1489 E Tuttle in the Saguaro Springs subdivision. It has come to my attention that a new
subdivision,Allmon Subdivision (H-2019-0135), is preparing to be built directly to the north of Saguaro Springs. We have
known a subdivision would happen there eventually but were not aware that they would be sharing the Saguaro Springs
entrance and not have their own entrance from Locust Grove. I am very concerned about this. All those cars will have to
use Tuttle St/Ct in order to access Allmon Sub.Tuttle is way busier than it was ever intended to be already because all of
the back half of the Saguaro Canyon subdivision use it as a shortcut to connect to Locust Grove.Tuttle sees a ton of
traffic throughout the day and the cars already drive too fast because it is a long straight road. I have four young kids
who ride bikes and play along Tuttle who we already have to be very careful with.Adding even more traffic to this street
in order to access a new subdivision is not wise nor fair to all of us residents who live on Tuttle St...a road that was
designed for Saguaro Springs community to use.
I am requesting...even pleading...that the builder be required to include an entrance to the Allmon Subdivision (H-2019-
0135)from Locust Grove. It will also give emergency vehicles a more direct route to the subdivision and eliminate some
of the construction traffic from going through the Saguaro Springs neighborhood.
Thank you for your consideration!
