To clarify IF we did do a second level it would be built into the roof structure. It would appear
from all sides of the home as a single level.

I do not think people are going to want this but it would be nice to be able to give them this
option.

Hi Sonya,
I have two questions about the staff report.
1. You highlighted lot 20 block 2 as not meeting the UDC standard of 30 feet of street frontage. Does the common drive frontage not
count toward the requirement?
2. In Section B of the Summary of Report you point out that traffic level of service for Locust Grove is graded as "F" . You did not
point out that this development is contributing less than 10%(as noted by the ACHD staff report) to the local traffic and therefore is
not subject to any mitigation requirements. Is this a comment that you could add as it is relevant to this report?

Attached is the staff report for the proposed annexation and preliminary plat for Allmon Subdivision. This item
is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on Feb. 20th. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Todd - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(cityclerk@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible.
