Unfortunately,the site for the Lost Rapids Townhomes CUP (H-2019-0146) request was not posted within the 10 day
timeframe as required per UDC 11-5A-6D. We would like to request that the hearing be rescheduled for March 19'to
accommodate our availability and ensure that the site will be posted in accord with City Code requirements.

The City Attorney’s office (Andrea) said it doesn’t need to be re-noticed for the discrepancy in the number of units but it
will need to be continued to March 5th because the site wasn’t posted 10 days prior to the hearing.

Bill – The project was noticed for 101 units per the application sheet; I noticed the narrative states 102 units which is the
correct number. Does this require re-noticing? This is also the project I just emailed you about with the posting question.
