While we always expected that this property would be developed, we did not expect that there would be no access directly from N Locust Grove. With that said, we strongly object to the fact that one of the access roads will be off of E Tuttle St. This street already sees a tremendous amount of traffic, which reaches 250--300 trips during peak times. In fact, there is enough traffic that we qualified for and installed speed humps, which sadly do nothing to slow or deter traffic. In the Allmon proposal, it is stated that this development(with rather high density) will result in 472 additional trips per day, and an additional 50 trips during PM peak hours. This is not acceptable, and is a danger to the children who live along the street. There is also the fact that not having direct access from N Locust Grove will slow down emergency vehicle access. We respectfully request that this be revisited, and changed so that there is direct access off of N Locust Grove Rd. Thank you. David &Ann Henchman 1371 E Tuttle St. Meridian, ID 83646 1
