Locust Grove. I live in Saguaro Springs on the corner of E.Tuttle and N. Morpheus. It is our understanding that this subdivision will be accessed via E.Tuttle, which is totally residential. We have lived here at our address for 5 years, and the traffic, mostly cut-through traffic, has become very busy, particularly in the morning, after school, and evening commutes. Speeding has been a serious problem here, and we in fact had speed humps installed; they are not really very effective since they are not very steep, and contain cuts which allow traffic to bypass the humps themselves. Both Canyon Springs and part of Saguaro Canyon have a lot of traffic cutting through between McMillan and N. Locust Grove; we who live here feel it's not a good idea to add more traffic through these neighborhoods. In addition to the speeding vehicles, many of which are contractors with pickups, trailers, and trucks, add to the dangers as well as the noise levels, not to mention constant littering with bottles, cans, food containers, etc. being thrown out on a daily level. I am strongly convinced that if these additional residences are allowed with the only access being through these subdivisions it will not only be unhandy and annoying, but also dangerous to residents and potentially the vehicle traffic as well. The vast majority of homes in these routes have garages on the streets, making backing out of our garages at the least inconvenient, but also hazardous. Please do not allow this to happen. Respectfully, Jim and Phyllis Lemieux 5726 N. Morpheus PI. Meridian, ID 83646 208 890 7470 Sent from Mail for Windows 10 i
