Action Items Land Use Public Hearing Process: After the Public Hearing is opened the staff report will be presented by the assigned city p lann er. Following Staff's report the applicant has up to 15 minutes to present their application. Each member of the public may provide testimony up to 3 minutes or if they are representing a larger group, such as a Homeowners Association, they may be allowed 10 minutes. The applicant is then allowed 10 additional minutes to respond to the public's comments. No additional public testimony is taken once the public hearing is closed. A. Public Hearing for Quality Inn & Suites (H-2019-0140) by Quality Inn & Suites - Meridian, Located at 1575 S. Meridian Rd. 1. Request: Conditional Use Permit to reinstate the nonconforming status of the sign with changes to the sign that aren’t consistent with the standards listed in UDC 11-3D-8A.14. B. Public Hearing for Graycliff Estates Subdivision (H-2019-0129) by Star Development, Inc., Generally Located South of W. Harris St. and West of S. Meridian Rd. – Recommended Approval to City Council, Hearing Scheduled for March 10, 2020 1. Request: Preliminary plat consisting of 202 building lots, 15 common lots and 4 other lots on 52.46 acres of land in the R-8 and R-40 zoning districts. Meeting Adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
