I am writing to make sure the agreement that Lee Centers of Star Development, Inc previously stated in previous
applications,will be in effect for the current application.
My understanding is that Star Development will put a 6 foot fence on a berm across the entire southern end of this
subdivision which shares the entire Northern boundary with my property at 510 W Amity Rd, Meridian, ID 83642.This is
to ensure that the crops on my property will not be ruined due to trespassing.
Also the established irrigation and flood drainage from my entire property is through a ditch that goes from south to
north in the property of Graycliffs. It is my understanding that when the building starts in the subdivision that a pipe will
be buried that will be large enough to accommodate any and all water that may drain from my property which the
current ditch is required to do.
