and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Mer idi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 25, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following
applications:
G20, LLC for Annexation
and Zoning of 14.56 acr es of
land with R-15 zoning; and a
Preliminary Plat consisting of
92 building lots, 10 common
lots and 4 other lots for com-
mon driveways on 13.49
acres of land in an R-15 zon-
ing district for Edington Com-
mons (H-2019-0109), located
at 3610 N. Linder Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-
tify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimo-
ny may be limited to 3 min-
utes per person. Written testi-
mony is recommended and
