Joe,
After discussing our requirements and options with our ownership team I wanted to propose
another option. I have attached an exhibit that shows that we will construct the internal
loop road section to eliminate the need for a temporary cul-de-sac and then we will provide
a secondary access to eagle road through one of the lots that will be deemed unbuildable
until Phase B is constructed and the second full access is provided as well as the emergency
access is provided at the final location from the end of the cul-de-sac in the northeast area
of the subdivision. Will this satisfy the Fire Departments requirements?
