We will provide either a 4 foot high or 6 foot high wrought iron fence along those property
lines.
We will just put grass along the grimmett lateral. That is all the canal company will let us
install.

What type of fencing did you land on adjacent to the common area on Lot 14, Block 3?
What type of landscaping are you proposing along the Grimmett Lateral? The Commission directed you to work with
Staff & the Irrigation District on “landscape possibilities or potential water features there”?
