PZ - Affidavit of Publication 2-20NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Day Wireless for a Conditional Use Permit for a new 125-foot tall (self-support tower) wireless communication facility in an I-L zoning district that doesn’t comply with UDC 11-4-3-43C.8, which prohibits lattice designed structures, as required by UDC 11- 4-3-43C-10 for Day Wireless (H-2019-0115), located at 1668 E. Franklin Rd. GFI Meridian Investments II, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi- family development consisting of 101 dwelling units on 5.71 acres of land in the R-40 zoning district for Lost Rapids Apartments (H-2019-0146), located on the north side of W. Lost Rapids Dr., west of N. Ten Mile Rd. Handy Truck Line for a Conditional Use Permit for additional height exceeding 20% of the maximum height allowed (i.e. 50 feet) in the I-L zoning district for two (2) 80- foot tall silos for Handy Truck Line Silos (H-2019-0149), located at 630 E. King St. Matt McAnulty for a Conditional Use Permit for additional height exceeding the maximum height allowed of 75 feet in the O -T zoning district for two (2) 100-foot tall vertically integrated structures for Meridian Station (H-2019-0142), located at the southeast corner of N. Main St. and E. Broadway Ave., north of the railroad tracks. Penelope Constantikes, Riley Planning Services for an Annexation of 7.09 acres of land with an R-4 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 27 building lots and 9 common lots on 7 acres of land in the R-4 zoning district for Lupine Cove (H-2019-0133), located at 4000 N. McDermott Rd. Todd Campbell Construction, Inc. for an Annexation of 10.03 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 50 building lots and 7 common lots on 9.91 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Allmon Subdivision (H-2019-0135), located at 5885 & 5875 N. Locust Grove Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons wishing to testify are welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on this notification. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing date either by mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by e mail to cityclerk@meridiancity.org, by voicemail at 208-288-5607, or by texting the word “Comment” to 31996.
