There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above -mentioned properties, however they do
in fact possess a valid water right that is delivered by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District for the
New York District.
Sawtooth Development Group needs to contact the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District and the
New York Irrigation District on now this will be billed and irrigated.
Local ii-�•igation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties,
must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
