nances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 18, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following
applications:
Shelburne Properties,
LLC for an Annexation of
29.01 acres of land with an
R-8 zoning district; and a Pre-
liminary Plat consisting of 99
building lots, 19 common
area lots and 1 other lot on
27.9 acres of land in the R-8
zoning district for Shelburne
South (H-2019-0106), gener-
ally located on the north side
of E. Amity Rd., … mile west
of S. Cloverdale Rd.
Schultz Development for
an Annexation of 5.25 acres
of land with an R-15 zoning
district; a Preliminary Plat
consisting of 9 building lots
and 5 common lots on 4.97
acres of land in the R-15 zon-
ing district; and a Conditional
Use Permit for a multi-family
development consisting of 72
dwelling units on 4.97 acres
of land in an R-15 zoning dis-
trict for Ascent Subdivision
(H-2019-0122), located on
the north side of W. Franklin
Rd., east of N. Black Cat Rd.
Applicant requested with-
drawal.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-
tify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimo-
ny may be limited to 3 min-
utes per person. Written testi-
mony is recommended and
may be submitted prior to the
hearing date either by mail or
in person to Meridian City
