DevCo Development LLC has assigned over its rights to the Delano applications and will no longer be
involved in development of the subject property.
Boll Cook Investments LLC (assignee) is taking over the current planning applications and will be moving
forward with a development plan as directed by City Council.
The investment group has retained Hethe Clark as their legal representative and he will be the contact
for the applicant as this project continues to move forward.
