Dear Chris:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the two (2) year time extension
only.
However, please be advised that NMID's Finch Lateral courses along the southwest boundary with a
minimum easement of forty feet (40') total, twenty feet (20') from centerline each side.
The Milk Lateral courses along the northeast corner with a minimum easement of fifty feet (50') total,
twenty five feet (25') from centerline each side.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. Any work within these easement will require a
Land Use Change Application and full review of plans. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage plans. The
developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
