Hi Sonya
I just spoke with Laren Bailey regarding the Edington Commons application before P & Z tomorrow night – he informs
me that the developer does not plan to have any occupied homes until 2021.
Since this is after the opening of Owyhee High School and the cap on Hunter will be lifted with the opening of Pleasant
View Elem in August 2020, WASD will reverse its opinion that it would be best to delay the approval of Edington
Commons until we are within a year of the opening of Owyhee High School.
I am guessing P & Z may condition that no homes will be built or occupied until 2021?
