Attached elevations for Building Type C and Type B. the only ones used on the Ascent project.
Also as follow up to the 12” eave question – All roof overhangs are at least 12”. They are 3’ at the eave and peak, and
the rake is 12”

Matt asked me to send you some information on the Harper Ridge, (copper Point), project. Most of this would be
applicable to the Ascent Apartments.
I’ve attached the site plan with building types called out. We are only using type B and C on this project.

All decks/patios are 8’x10’ interior dimensions. (8’-6” x 11’ exterior dimensions.
On both building types, there is 40’ width of deck per 106’ of building elevation. 37.7 %
