HOAGLUN, PERREAULT, STRADER
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, REAPPOINTING LISA HOLLAND TO SEAT 5 AND WILLIAM
`BILL' CASSINELLI TO SEAT 6 OF THE MERIDIAN PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION; AND APPOINTING PATRICIA PITZER TO SEAT 4 AND
APPOINTING NICK GROVE TO SEAT 7 OF THE MERIDIAN PLANNING & ZONING
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code 2-1-1 establishes the Meridian Planning and
Zoning Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, that on January 2, 2018, by Resolution No. 18-2054 Lisa Holland was
appointed to the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission;
WHEREAS, that on December 13, 2016, by Resolution No. 16-1185 William `Bill'
Cassinelli was appointed to the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission
WHEREAS, Seats 4 and 7 of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission are
currently vacant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the reappointment of Lisa
Holland to Seat 5; the reappointment of William `Bill' Cassinelli to Seat 6; the appointment of
Patricia Pitzer to Seat 4; and the appointment of Nick Grove to Seat 7 of the Planning & Zoning
Commission to be in the best interest of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission and of
the City of Meridian.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-1-1, Lisa Holland is hereby
reappointed to Seat 5 and William `Bill' Cassinelli is hereby reappointed to Seat 6 of the
Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, with terms to expire January 31, 2023.
Section 2. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-1-1, Patricia Pitzer is hereby
appointed to Seat 4 of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, with terms to expire
January 31, 2021.
Section 3. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-1-1, Nick Grove is hereby appointed
to Seat 7 of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, with a term to expire January 31,
2023.
