Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, February 6, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:
Quality Inn & Suites -
Meridian for a Conditional
Use Permit to reinstate the
nonconforming status of the
sign with changes to the sign
that aren't consistent with the
standards listed in UDC 11-
3D-8A.14 for Quality Inn &
Suites (H-2019-0140), locat-
ed at 1575 S. Meridian Rd.
Star Development, Inc. for
a Preliminary Plat consisting
of 202 building lots, 15 com-
mon lots and 4 other lots on
52.46 acres of land in the R-8
and R-40 zoning districts for
Graycliff Estates Subdivi-
sion (H-2019-0129), general-
ly located south of W. Harris
St. and west of S. Meridian
Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-
tify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimo-
ny may be limited to 3 min-
utes per person. Written testi-
