at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 4, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following
applications:
HHS Construction, LLC
for an Annexation of 31.96
acres of land with an R-4
zoning district and a Prelimi -
nary Plat consisting of 75
building lots, 11 common lots
and 2 other lots on 30.6 acres
of land in the proposed R-4
zoning district for Sky Mesa
Highlands (H-2019-0123), lo-
cated at the NW corner of S.
Eagle Rd. and E. Lake Hazel
Rd.
Northern Land Develop-
ment, LLC for Annexation
of 7.17 acres of land with an
R-15 zoning district and a
Preliminary Plat consisting
of 65 building lots and 6 com-
mon lots on 6 acres of land in
