To whom it may concern:
My name is Cheryl Garpetti and I live at 2078 E. Ringneck Street in the Verado
subdivision. I'm writing this letter in support of the proposed Edington Commons
Subdivision, planned to be along Linder and Ustick Roads. It's my understanding
there is a planning and zoning meeting on January 16, and I wanted to pass
along my thoughts for your consideration, as it sounds like Edington Commons
will have some similarities to Verado.
love living in Verado and am a retired full time resident, so I am very familiar
with what goes on in my neighborhood. If there's a concern about parking, I'm not
aware of any issues. I'm from Pittsburgh, PA, where there are cars and clutter in
many neighborhoods. In the last community I lived in, it was a constant battle
getting people to get their junk cars off the streets. To me, Verado is clean in
appearance and has an open feel. Plus every home has driveway space for any
family that comes to visit. This works for me and I support more neighborhoods
like Verado.
