Dear Commissioners,
My name is Kelly Woodhouse of Woodhouse Group Real Estate and I have been a
Real Estate Broker here in Meridian and the surrounding areas for nearly 25 years.
I am writing you to express my support of the Edington Subdivision, set to be
built out by Blackrock Homes.
I have sold countless Blackrock Homes over the years and know firsthand how
happy and proud Homeowners have been with their opportunity to live in a
community built out by Blackrock Homes. Furthermore, I am strongly in favor of
Edington as it will provide a desired place for the citizens of Meridian to live at a
price point starting in the low 300’s. This is a rare price point to achieve coupled
with such high‐quality homes. There is an desperate demand for a non‐ rental,
quality community such as Edington Commons.
